Service Agreement
Before registering as a user,you are hereby specifically reminded to carefully read thisService Agreement(hereinafter referred to as the"Agreement")to ensure that you fully understand all the terms and conditions contained herein.Please read carefully and choose whether to accept or reject this Agreement.Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement,you are not authorized to register,log in,or use the services covered by this Agreement.Your actions of registration,login,and use will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by all its terms and conditions.This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between us and the users regarding the website services(hereinafter referred to as"Services").A user refers to an individual or organization that registers,logs in,and uses this Service.We may update this Agreement at any time.Once the updated terms are published,they will replace the previous terms without further notice.Users can review the latest version of the Agreement on this website.After the terms of the Agreement are modified,if a user does not accept the modified terms,they should immediately cease using the services we provide.Continued use of our services by a user will be regarded as acceptance of the modified Agreement.
I.Protection of User Personal Privacy Information
• If we discover or receive reports or complaints from others that a user has violated the terms of this Agreement,we have the right to review and delete relevant content,including but not limited to user information and posting records,without notice at any time.We may also impose penalties on the offending account,including but not limited to warnings,account bans,device bans,and function bans,depending on the severity of the violation,and notify the user of the handling results.
• Users who have been banned for violating the user agreement may contact us on their own.Users who have been subject to function bans will automatically regain the banned functions upon the expiration of the ban period.Banned users may submit appeals,which we will review and reasonably determine whether to change the penalty measures.
• Users understand and agree that we have the right to impose penalties on behaviors that violate relevant laws and regulations or the terms of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment.We may take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations,and in accordance with laws and regulations,we may preserve relevant information and report to the competent authorities.Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
• Users understand and agree that for any claims,demands,or losses asserted by any third party,including reasonable attorney's fees,resulting from or arising out of a user's violation of this Agreement,the user shall indemnify us and our affiliated companies,and hold them harmless from any damages.
II.User-Generated Content Standards
• The content referred to in this section means any content created,uploaded,copied,published,or disseminated by users during the use of this website,including but not limited to account avatars,names,user descriptions,and other registration information and certification materials,or text,voice,images,videos,graphics,and other messages sent,replied to,or automatically replied to,as well as related linked pages and other content generated through the use of the account or this service.
• Users shall not use the website account or this service to create,upload,copy,publish,or disseminate any content prohibited by laws,regulations,and policies,including but not limited to:
(1)Content opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2)Content endangering national security,leaking state secrets,subverting state power,or undermining national unity;
(3)Content damaging the honor and interests of the nation;
(4)Content inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination,or undermining ethnic unity;
(5)Content violating national religious policies,promoting cults,or spreading superstitions;
(6)Content spreading rumors,disturbing social order,or undermining social stability;
(7)Content involving obscenity,pornography,gambling,violence,murder,terrorism,or inciting crime;
(8)Content insulting or defaming others,or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9)Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
• Users shall not use the website account or this service to create,upload,copy,publish,or disseminate any content that interferes with the normal operation of this website or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of other users or third parties,including but not limited to:
(1)Content containing any sexual or sexually suggestive material;
(2)Content containing abusive,threatening,or intimidating language;
(3)Content containing harassment,spam,malicious information,or fraudulent information;
(4)Content involving the privacy,personal information,or data of others;
(5)Content infringing upon the lawful rights of others,such as reputation rights,portrait rights,intellectual property rights,trade secrets,etc.;
(6)Other content that interferes with the normal operation of this service or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of other users or third parties.
III.Usage Rules
• Any content transmitted or published by users through this service does not reflect or represent,nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent,our views,positions,or policies.We shall not be liable for any such content.
• Users shall not use the website account or this service to engage in the following activities:
(1)Submitting or publishing false information,or using others'avatars or information without authorization,impersonating or using others'names;
(2)Forcing or inducing other users to follow,click on links,or share information;
(3)Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4)Using technical means to create a large number of fake accounts;
(5)Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using the website account or this service;
(6)Creating,publishing methods or tools related to the above behaviors,or operating or disseminating such methods or tools,whether for commercial purposes or not;
(7)Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations,infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of other users,interfere with the normal operation of this website,or are not explicitly authorized by us.

• The validity,interpretation,and resolution of disputes of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.In the event of any dispute or controversy between the user and us,the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation.If no agreement can be reached through consultation,the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the People's Court with jurisdiction over our place of residence.
• If any term of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason,the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
• We reserve the ultimate right of interpretation of this Agreement.
